€3.200 per person : To participate in our bike tour, each person is required to make a €2.000 donation for 1,000 trees. You are encouraged to fundraise, see details below. In addition, €1.200 covers all the expenses of the tour.

All necessary costs are included. Group airport transfers (1 x arrival, 1 x departure). Accompanying bus and luggage transfers. Support vehicle with trailer. Two English-speaking guides, one technical for the bicycles and one cultural. All accommodation, meals, snacks and water. Full suspension electric bike and helmet. Donation for planting 1000 trees.

Flights. Personal costs. Alcoholic drinks. Tips (optional, of course). Travel insurance. Visas (if required).

After choosing a booking period that suits you and your group, you need to indicate how many people are in your group (min 10, max 12). You may add the email addresses of the other persons in the group. After the 30% deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation and a 5 letter code. When the first person has paid the deposit (the group leader), the booking period you have selected will appear as “Under Option.” Only the people in your group, can now enter and pay their deposit with the 5 letter code. All members of the group must pay within 10 days of the initial payment. When all the persons in your group are registered, the booking period will appear as “Sold Out.” You can enter your booking period with your 5 letter code.

The balance is due 10 weeks before the booking period you have selected and you will receive a reminder two weeks and one week before the deadline. The balance of the tour may be paid on one of our tax-deductible accounts. In that case, you must inform us at bike@myforestarmenia.org when and to which bank you have made the transfer.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required from each member of the party. All members of the group are required to book and pay their deposit within 10 days of the group leader. The balance is due 10 weeks before the departure date. You may pay the balance on one of our tax-deductible accounts.

You will receive an email upon booking. You will be contacted in the following days by a member of our team who will give you some further information about your trip and the possibilities of extending your visit in Armenia.
