2023 թվականի գարնանային տնկման ընթացքում մենք ընդլայնեցինք մեր ջանքերը՝ դեպի Լոռիի մարզի Ուրասար նոր, 116 հեկտար տարածք ունեցող անտառացման վայր:Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ տարածքը կազմում է 360 հեկտար, ինչը երեք անգամ ավելի մեծ է մեր նախորդ տեղանքներից և առաջարկում է շատ ավելի բարենպաստ պայմաններ: Բարձրություններն ընդլայնվում են 1,700-ից մինչև 2,000 մետր, հիմնականում հյուսիսային կողմի դիրքավորումով և գերազանց հողի որակով, ինչը տեղանքը իդեալական է հարուստ և բազմազան անտառի ստեղծման համար:2022 թվականի աշնանից մինչև 2023 թվականի գարուն մենք տնկել ենք 409,264 ծառ այս տարածքում, ներկայացնելով 13 լայնախիտ տեսակ և մի շարք տեղական թփեր: Այս հսկայական ջանքերը հնարավոր եղան շնորհիվ 240 տեղական համայնքի անդամների, ովքեր միացան մեր թիմին:Արդյունքները շատ հուսադրող են եղել: 2023 թվականի ամռան մեր առաջին վերահսկողությունը ցույց տվեց ավելի քան 80 տոկոսի գերազանց գոյատևման տոկոս: 2024 թվականին շատ ծառեր արդեն ցուցաբերել են Remarkable աճ, ծաղկելով պայմաններում, որոնք ապահովում են հզոր հիմք նոր, դիմացկուն անտառի համար:

During Spring Planting 2023, we expanded our efforts to a new 116 hectare afforestation site in Urasar, Lori province.At 360 hectares in total, this land is more than three times larger than our previous sites and offers far better conditions. With elevations ranging from 1,700 to 2,000 meters, predominantly northern exposure, and excellent soil quality, the site is ideally suited for establishing a rich, diverse forest.Between Fall 2022 and Spring 2023, we planted 409,264 trees across this area, representing 13 species of broadleaf trees and several native shrubs. This massive effort was made possible thanks to the support of 240 local community members who joined our team.The results have been very promising. Our first monitoring in summer 2023 showed an impressive survival rate of over 80 percent. By 2024, many trees had already shown remarkable growth, thriving in conditions that provide an excellent foundation for a resilient new forest.

Lors de la plantation de printemps 2023, nous avons étendu nos efforts à un nouveau site de reboisement de 116 hectares à Urasar, dans la province de Lori.Avec un total de 360 hectares, cette surface est plus de trois fois plus grande que nos sites précédents et offre des conditions bien meilleures. Avec des altitudes allant de 1 700 à 2 000 mètres, une exposition majoritairement nordique et une excellente qualité de sol, le site est idéal pour établir une forêt riche et diversifiée.Entre l’automne 2022 et le printemps 2023, nous avons planté 409 264 arbres sur cette zone, représentant 13 espèces d’arbres à feuilles larges et plusieurs arbustes locaux. Cet effort massif a été rendu possible grâce au soutien de 240 membres de la communauté locale qui ont rejoint notre équipe.Les résultats ont été très prometteurs. Notre premier suivi à l’été 2023 a montré un taux de survie impressionnant de plus de 80 %. En 2024, de nombreux arbres avaient déjà montré une croissance remarquable, prospérant dans des conditions offrant une excellente base pour une nouvelle forêt résiliente.

Ծաղկունք, Գեղարքունիքի մարզում, Բելգիական-Հայկական անտառի ծննդավայրն է՝ Բելգիայի և Հայաստանի միջև ընկերության կենդանի խորհրդանիշը։2025 թվականին Բելգիայի թագուհի Մաթիլդեի բացման արարողությունից հետո Ծաղկունքն դարձել է Հայաստանի էկոլոգիական ապագայի հանդեպ փոխադարձ նվիրվածության նշանակալի վայր։ Այս անտառը աճել է համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ՝ Բելգիացի և հայ ձեռքեր միանալով՝ վերականգնելու հողը և կյանքի շունչ վերադարձնելու լեռներին։Մեր աշխատանքը այստեղ շարունակվում է՝ ընդլայնելով անտառը և տնկելով ավելի շատ տեղաբնիկ տեսակներ՝ կենսաբազմազանությունն ու կայունությունը ամրապնդելու համար։Ժամանակից դուրս և անընդհատ աճող, Ծաղկունքի անտառը համագործակցության, երախտագիտության և հույսի խորհրդանիշ է։

Tsaghkunk, in the Gegharkunik region, is the birthplace of the Belgian-Armenian Forest, a living symbol of friendship between Belgium and Armenia.Following the inauguration by Her Majesty Queen Mathilde of the Belgians in 2025, Tsaghkunk has become a meaningful site of shared commitment to Armenia’s ecological future. This forest grew from collective effort, from Belgians and Armenians joining hands to restore land and breathe life back into the mountains.Our work continues here, expanding the forest and planting more native species to strengthen biodiversity and resilience.Timeless and ever-growing, the forest of Tsaghkunk is a symbol of collaboration, gratitude, and hope.

Tsaghkunk, dans la région de Gegharkunik, est le berceau de la Forêt belgo-arménienne, un symbole vivant de l’amitié entre la Belgique et l’Arménie.Suite à l’inauguration par Sa Majesté la Reine Mathilde des Belges en 2025, Tsaghkunk est devenu un lieu significatif d’engagement partagé pour l’avenir écologique de l’Arménie. Cette forêt est née d’un effort collectif, de Belges et d’Arméniens unissant leurs mains pour restaurer la terre et redonner vie aux montagnes.Notre travail continue ici, en élargissant la forêt et en plantant davantage d’espèces locales pour renforcer la biodiversité et la résilience.Intemporelle et en constante expansion, la forêt de Tsaghkunk est un symbole de collaboration, de gratitude et d’espoir.
